Qualifications

  • Experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a busy kitchen.
  • Ability to create and manage menus.
  • Strong food presentation skills.

Rate of Pay:

£40,000 Per annum

Working Pattern:

40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
  • Invent and create menus aligned with client and customer needs.
  • Produce food in a timely manner to ensure smooth service to customers.
  • Enjoy the food you produce and ensure it is 'picture perfect' every time.
  • Assist in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts.
  • Communicate with relevant parties regarding planned menus and order necessary ingredients.
