Job summary

Grazing, part of Compass Group UK&I, is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to bring energy, creativity and leadership to a fast-paced kitchen. You will support the Head Chef, cook high-quality dishes, and lead the team through busy services.

Do you love fast-paced kitchens, great food, and a team that actually enjoys working together?

Can you keep your cool during a busy service and still plate like an artist? Then you might be the Senior Sous Chef we’re looking for.

We’re after someone who’s passionate about food, organised under pressure, and ready to bring energy, creativity, and leadership to the kitchen.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the Head Chef in running a smooth, happy CPU
• Cooking seriously good food
• Leading and motivating the team during service
• Keeping standards high and vibes positive
• Helping with stock, prep, and keeping the kitchen running like clockwork

The good stuff:

• 45 hours a week
• 5 days out of 7 on a fair rotating rota
• Weekends shared across the team
• TWO consecutive days off every week
• NO split shifts (yes, really)
