Job description

Interaction Recruitment are currently looking for a talented, enthusiastic and experienced Senior Sous Chef.

Based in Leicestershire, you would be part of a team producing 3x meals per day for students and staff in an independent school setting.

Duties of Senior Sous Chef:

• Cooking meals for up to 1000+ students
• Working over 5 days out of 7
• Shifts are between 07.00 - 19.00
• 45 hours per week
• You will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
