This role is within our Stadia division, catering for fans and visitors at prestigious stadiums across the UK. With matchdays, concerts, conferences, and banquets, our teams are experts in adapting to our client's needs with locally sourced seasonal menus. We aim to bring choice, quality, and value for money to some of the most prestigious sports venues across the UK.

What you'll be doing...

As a Sous Chef, you will have significant responsibility and opportunities to grow, becoming a key member of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the food is of the highest standard
• Keep the kitchen and service area clean, well-presented, and well-stocked
• Stay updated with menus and food offerings
• Provide warm and friendly service
• Follow COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations
