Job Overview

De Vere Latimer Estate in Chesham Buckinghamshire are looking for a Senior Sous Chef to join the brigade to work alongside our Executive Head Chef Stephen Englefield. The hotel has two kitchens to service the property. We offer buffet breakfast and lunches for our conference guests as well as private dining options and a restaurant & bar menu. The hotel is a busy conference and events venue to include weddings, but we also have leisure guests.

This role is challenging, but exceptionally rewarding, so you will be hard-working, focused, inspiring and encouraging.

  • £46,000 per year based on 40 hours per week, plus a share of tips paid on a monthly basis.
