About the Role

You ll work closely with the Head Chef to deliver seasonal, creative menus and support a passionate team in both restaurant service and occasional outside catering. This is a hands-on role where your voice, ideas, and leadership will be valued every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head Chef in menu development, kitchen leadership, and training

  • Ensure consistently high standards of food quality and presentation

  • Manage kitchen operations including stock control and food costs

  • Lead by example with excellent hygiene, safety, and kitchen culture

  • Contribute to occasional off-site catering events (within contracted hours)
