Amazon is seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager to own end-to-end sourcing for EU/MENA fleet categories, including branded OEM and rental options. You will lead OEM engagement for the MENA region and expand the Fleet Exchange Marketplace across EU markets, focusing on Italy, Spain, and France.
You will build data-backed models, negotiate terms, and influence senior leaders while mentoring peers as the programme scales.
Delivering on Amazon's customer promise depends on having the right vehicles, in the right place, at the right cost. The fleet business powering last mile operations across EU and MENA (Middle East and North Africa) is scaling rapidly into new vehicle types and new geographies, and the Sourcing team needs a Senior Sourcing Manager to help keep pace. In this 12-month fixed-term role, you will own sourcing for assigned fleet categories across both branded (OEM) and variable (rental) last mile fleet — identifying supply options, negotiating terms, and securing committed capacity. On the branded side, you will lead OEM engagement for the MENA region, building the commercial case to secure vehicle capacity. On the rental side, you will grow the supplier portfolio through the Fleet Exchange Marketplace, onboarding new suppliers across EU with a particular focus on southern European markets. If you are a self-starter who enjoys supplier negotiations, data-backed analysis, and working in a business that moves fast, we want to hear from you.
You begin by reviewing supplier pipeline data and checking progress on open negotiations. Mid-morning, you join a call with an OEM partner in the MENA region to walk through your commercial proposal and address their questions. After lunch, you shift focus to the Fleet Exchange Marketplace, following up with a prospective rental supplier in Italy to move them through onboarding. Later, you pull together a sourcing recommendation for leadership, pressure-testing your assumptions with a colleague from the capacity planning team before finalizing.
The Sourcing team sits within the Fleet Strategy and Supply Chain organization, part of Global Fleet and Products at Amazon. We own supplier engagement for the fleet that powers last mile operations across EU and MENA, spanning branded fleet sourced through OEM relationships and variable fleet sourced through a growing ecosystem of rental suppliers. Our closest partners include capacity and fleet planning, supply chain, vehicle engineering, and electrification. We are preparing the fleet model for the next generation of transportation — new vehicle form factors, micromobility, and expansion into new markets — and we are looking for people who want to help build that future.
