Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) is seeking an Account Manager for UK and EU markets to build and scale the next generation of logistics solutions – bring your sales skills and data-driven approach to transform how enterprises move inventory globally. AGL is an integrated, end-to-end, supply chain solution that simplifies the complex global logistics for enterprise customers and Amazon's selling partners. With AGL, businesses can seamlessly transport their inventory from the factory door (in overseas locations such as China and Vietnam) directly to locations in US, UK, EU and JP - all with a click of a button. AGL's aim is to optimize the end-to-end supply chain, allowing customers to focus on what they do best – building unique product offerings that their customers love. Ideal Candidate Profile: You thrive in ambiguity and can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You possess high levels of creativity, flexibility, and attention to detail. You're deeply data-oriented and know how to translate customer requirements into compelling value propositions. You have a proven track record in pipeline development and sales target achievement.
Morning: You join the daily standup, sharing operational updates and learnings from recent seller conversations. You then review your pipeline, prioritising outreach by account tier and revenue potential, and shaping your approach around each prospect's supply chain needs. You also work with partner teams like FBA to align on shared accounts and coordinate joint outreach.
Midday: You pitch 4 to 5 prospective sellers a week on AGL's logistics services, turning supply chain solutions into clear value for senior decision makers. You prepare pipeline metrics for leadership reviews, summarising deal progress, flagging risks, and calling out wins.
Afternoon: You contribute to WBR metric reviews and help align team priorities. You own or support a team initiative, such as improving seller onboarding or internal handoffs. You close the day nurturing seller relationships and supporting new sellers through launch.
