We’re looking for a Senior Sourcing Category Manager to lead sourcing strategies and supplier performance across premium components and finished goods in our House of Rohl portfolio—spanning faucets, showers, sinks, and accessories.

This is a high-impact role with international scope, offering the opportunity to influence cost, quality, sustainability, and long-term resilience across global supply chains. You'll play a key role in supporting business growth, delivering value, and driving continuous improvement in a luxury and design-led environment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Category Leadership: Develop and execute robust, forward-thinking sourcing strategies for assigned categories that align with global and regional objectives.
  • Supplier Management: Build and manage strong, performance-driven relationships with international suppliers, ensuring optimal cost, quality, and delivery performance.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and manage complex, high-value contracts—securing long-term value, reducing risk, and ensuring continuity of supply.
  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and address supply chain risks including raw material availability, pricing fluctuations, logistics disruption, and geopolitical challenges.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Operations to deliver cross-functional solutions and enable innovation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive cost-reduction, value engineering, and supplier-led innovation initiatives while supporting ESG and responsible sourcing commitments.

What You’ll Already Have:

  • 7+ years’ experience in direct procurement or category management, ideally in manufacturing or a design-led product environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and advanced negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing sourcing strategies and supplier relationships across regions
  • Proven ability to thrive in a complex, matrixed business structure
  • A team-first, solutions-focused mindset with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related discipline
  • MCIPS qualified or working towards CIPS accreditation
  • Experience managing international suppliers and global sourcing networks
  • A track record of supporting sustainability and ESG-related sourcing initiatives
