Job summary

Direct Medics, in partnership with an NHS Trust in Liverpool, is seeking an experienced Band 8a Sonographer to join the ultrasound radiology department. The role involves working across Aintree, Royal, and Broadgreen sites, with a standard Monday to Friday 9:00-17:00 schedule on a temporary contract.

You will need a Degree in Radiography, HCPC registration, a PgC/PgD in Ultrasound, and an MSK qualification; driving license required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree in Radiography and HCPC registration.
• PgC or PgD in Ultrasound or equivalent.
• MSK qualification.
• Right to live and work in the UK.
• Driving license and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Work across Aintree, Royal and Broadgreen sites.
• Perform ultrasound radiology examinations as a Band 8a Sonographer.
• Attend a Monday–Friday 09:00–17:00 schedule.
• Temporary contract initially with NHS Trust.
