To achieve our targets, our Solutions team will work collaboratively with Anglian Water during the project optioneering stage. We’re seeking a Senior Solutions Manager for our Water Recycling (West) Team.

What will you be doing as our Senior Solutions Manager?

You will provide leadership for value-driven solutions for a £600M portfolio of water recycling projects in the west of the Anglian region.

Key responsibilities:

Solutions Stage Management

• Understand Anglian Water’s and @one alliance’s business goals.
• Develop and manage collaborative relationships with Anglian Water’s ADP and @one delivery teams.
• Support ADP in developing a sustainable project release program.
• Manage Solutions Stage Project Plans and ensure deliverables meet required standards.
• Produce monthly performance reports.
• Engage stakeholders to resolve issues.

Develop Solutions

• Understand and challenge Anglian Water’s business outcomes.
• Lead engagement from @one project delivery teams to develop viable solutions, considering multiple factors such as cost, sustainability, and compliance.
• Ensure TOTEX, Benefits Realisation, and Six Capitals are considered in solution selection.

Health & Safety

• Promote Health and Safety excellence in solution development.

People/Team Development

• Provide clear leadership, fostering a positive environment.
• Line manage, mentor and support Solutions Team members.

Transformation

• Promote experimentation, innovation, and continuous improvement.

A little bit about your skills, experience and behaviours:

To be successful, you will demonstrate leadership in managing people and have experience in developing strategies to mitigate risks across multiple projects. Preferably degree educated with experience in water-sector assets and capital projects.
