Whitestone Resourcing Limited is recruiting a Senior Solutions Manager in London. You will lead bids from qualification to submission, developing innovative, commercially viable FM solutions and delivery models that align with client requirements.

The role requires strong bid management, proven outsourcing/FM experience, and excellent stakeholder engagement. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and drive competitive pricing and risk management in a hybrid London setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in solutions development, bid management or business development.
• Strong track record of winning complex outsourcing or FM contracts.
• Experience within Facilities Management, Workplace Services or Property Services.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness.
• Experience developing operational and supply chain solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

A leading international facilities management and workplace services organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Manager to join its growth team. This is a strategic role focused on developing winning solutions for complex FM and workplace services opportunities. You will lead bids from qualification through to submission, ensuring solutions are commercially robust, operationally deliverable and aligned to client requirements.
