Job summary

RB Holdings is seeking a Solutions Integration Architect to lead the end-to-end strategy and architecture for core business applications. You will own the Group’s data and BI strategy, driving high-quality analytics and reliable reporting across Salesforce, MuleSoft, Tableau, Snowflake, NetSuite, and Tevalis.

You’ll strengthen integrations and data flows while partnering with senior leaders to align technology with business goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business applications, enterprise systems and architecture.
• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Strong integrations, APIs, middleware and data platforms understanding.
• Experience with BI and Data Warehouse tech: Snowflake, Tableau, MuleSoft.
• Leadership in multi-system SaaS environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and solution design.
• Experience in hospitality, leisure, or multi-site operations preferred.
• Knowledge of data modelling and forecasting approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategy and architecture for core business apps.
• Own data and BI strategy, driving analytics and reporting.
• Oversee lifecycle management for Salesforce, MuleSoft, Tableau, Snowflake, NetSuite, Tevalis.
• Strengthen integration and data accuracy with minimal downtime.
• Partner with senior leaders to align tech with business goals.
• Drive supplier management, budget optimisation, and system performance.
• Translate business needs into scalable, cross-team solutions.
• Maintain data governance and security across all systems.
