Senior Solutions Engineer (Pre Sales)

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer (Pre Sales) to join a globally reputable Business Software Company specialising in ERP. A trusted partner for essential businesses, their solutions help companies with evolving needs, continued growth, transformation, and efficiency.

• Location – Remote
• Salary – £70,000 - £75,000 (Plus 30% bonus & car allowance of £5,000)
• Work type – Permanent

Main Responsibilities as a Senior Solutions Engineer (Pre Sales)

• Meet with prospects and customers for discoveries, orchestrating focused demonstrations and follow-up discussions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and presentations, creating documentation as necessary to support the sales process.
• Create demonstrations that are configured to each customer, focused on business benefits and delivered on-site or remotely.
• Communicate clearly with post-sales and product management teams.
• Be self-motivated to improve skills both technical and soft, recommend enhancements to product to close gaps and assist with roadmaps.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a similar Pre Sales-Engineering capacity, specialising in ERP solutions.
• Deep experience of business operations within Manufacturing companies.
• Confident giving customer presentations and delivering professional value-based demonstrations.
• Technically astute with database skills and relevant technical knowledge.
