Job summary

You will work within a specialist Configuration & Deployment team to develop, enhance and support portals, workflow and document automation platforms used across a large organisation, collaborating with stakeholders to translate

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and developing solutions using HighQ, Contract Express and/or SharePoint.
• Strong understanding of workflow automation, reporting and document automation technologies.
• Experience deploying and maintaining business-critical applications and platforms.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate, Power Pages and Power BI.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the design, configuration and deployment of innovative client-facing technology solutions that improve both customer experience and business operations.

Working within a specialist Configuration & Deployment team, you will be responsible for the ongoing development, enhancement and support of client portals, workflow solutions and document automation platforms used across a large and complex organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, develop and maintain complex client-facing technology solutions and portals.
• Design and implement workflow, reporting and document automation solutions.

• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Support software upgrades, system integrations and platform migrations.

About You

You’ll have experience delivering and supporting enterprise technology solutions within a professional services or customer-focused environment and enjoy working closely with stakeholders to solve complex business challenges.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of workflow automation, reporting and document automation technologies.
