Job Description:

Are you an experienced Solution Design Manager looking to join a well-known, growing global 3PL provider?

Reporting into the Head of Solutions, you will lead a team of Solution Design Managers. This role will be responsible for creating, developing, and presenting innovative warehouse solutions for both existing and new customers. You will bring automation and manual warehouse layouts and concepts to life.

You will be involved in producing and participating in proposals for customers, as well as supporting the team in new business proposals.

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Solution Design Manager
• WMS Knowledge
• A proven track record of managing a tendering process from start to finish
• Strong understanding of industry trends and the market
• Experience with warehouse modelling tools such as AutoCAD
• Ability to collaborate with people at all levels, from Senior Management to Warehouse teams
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Salary and Benefits Package:

• A salary of up to £85,000, depending on experience
