Job Description:

This is a remote position and we're considering candidates in the UK timezones. We are looking for a Solutions Architect (ProServ) to join our world-class Customer Experience (CX) team. Solutions Architects at Grafana Labs provide customers with specialized business and technical consultation, guiding them to achieve their objectives using Grafana.

Our SAs need to be hands-on. You should understand the ecosystem of services used by our customers and work with them to ensure success with Grafana. This includes understanding technologies like Kubernetes, Prometheus, logs vs. metrics, etc. They manage the onboarding and adoption lifecycle, delivering training, quick-starts, project assurance, and consulting for complex needs. The role involves virtual or on-site support, monitoring ongoing support requests, and working with product teams for improvements. Success in this role requires being hands-on, engaging with customers, managing projects, and delivering technical solutions.

What you'll be doing:

• Engaging effectively with customers, including executives, project managers, and IT staff.
• Understanding business needs and translating them into technical solutions.
• Designing solutions involving data visualization, migrations, and enterprise architecture.
• Leading workshops, documenting requirements, and designing solutions.
• Accelerating delivery with agility.
• Adhering to standards and best practices.
• Staying current on Grafana and related technologies.
• Collaborating with sales, product, engineering, support, and professional services teams to drive innovation.
• Helping customers succeed with leading-edge technologies.

What you'll bring:

• 5+ years of deployment and project management experience.
• Experience with observability (o11y) and Grafana stack components.
• Proven success in delivering enterprise customer projects.
• Self-motivated with eagerness to learn new skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Visionary mindset to help grow the company.
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows Server administration.
• Experience with Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Systems architecture design skills.
• Ability to read and understand code (GoLang, JS, TypeScript).

The base salary in the UK for this role ranges from £96,000 to £115,000, with benefits including equity, bonuses, and others as listed on our site. Compensation varies by location and experience.
