Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a lead architect to drive strategic technology solutions across procurement, software development and architecture domains. You will work with analysts and delivery teams to define non-functional requirements and design cloud-native, hybrid-cloud solutions that align with standards.

You’ll present designs to governance forums, mentor colleagues, and help evolve architecture roadmaps while building strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in solution design and architecture delivering technical solutions across technology layers.
• Influencing senior stakeholders and aligning designs with governance processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native solutions.
• Familiarity with architectural modelling tools and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead architect on strategic projects including procurement and software development initiatives.
• Define non-functional requirements with business analysts and project teams.
• Design technology solutions that align with standards and strategy across architecture domains.
• Present designs to architecture governance forums for review and approval; develop architecture roadmaps.
• Coordinate implementation of approved solutions with delivery teams and ensure alignment with high-level designs.
• Provide guidance through teamwork and knowledge sharing; contribute to architecture standards.
• Manage relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
