Qualifications

• Extensive pre-sales experience in Enterprise Networks and Security; knowledge of Data Center & Cloud, Collaboration and AI is a plus.
• Significant IT industry experience with demonstrated ability to lead technical presentations or customer meetings.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated passion for learning new technologies and hands-on problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted technical guide for key Public Sector and Commercial accounts across Cisco portfolio.
• Design innovative solutions addressing real-world challenges to drive customer success.
• Lead technical presentations and customer meetings to secure project buy-in and align Cisco solutions with business objectives.
• Collaborate with partners, customers, and internal teams to accelerate growth and digital transformation.
• Engage in person with stakeholders at customer sites to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop multi-year strategic plans for customers integrating Cisco portfolio.
