We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to represent all aspects of the eero solution and integration process for B2B customers. This role is ideal for someone passionate about WiFi and networking technology, capable of building trust with stakeholders, influencing decisions, and solving business challenges with technical solutions.
A Sr Solutions Architect at eero combines communication and technical expertise to develop strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, designing compelling networking solutions aligned with business objectives. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Business Development team to identify customer needs, proposing solutions, demonstrating technical capabilities, managing proof of concept projects, and supporting business growth. You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to share insights and influence product roadmaps. Early involvement in product development, testing in lab environments, and creating sales and customer enablement materials are also key aspects.
This role requires travel to customer sites to assist with design and deployment of eero solutions, with an expected travel rate of 25-40% based on customer engagement needs.
