We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to represent all aspects of the eero solution and integration process for B2B customers. This role is ideal for someone passionate about WiFi and networking technology, capable of building trust with stakeholders, influencing decisions, and solving business challenges with technical solutions.

A Sr Solutions Architect at eero combines communication and technical expertise to develop strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, designing compelling networking solutions aligned with business objectives. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Business Development team to identify customer needs, proposing solutions, demonstrating technical capabilities, managing proof of concept projects, and supporting business growth. You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to share insights and influence product roadmaps. Early involvement in product development, testing in lab environments, and creating sales and customer enablement materials are also key aspects.

This role requires travel to customer sites to assist with design and deployment of eero solutions, with an expected travel rate of 25-40% based on customer engagement needs.

Key job responsibilities

• Deeply understand and communicate eero solutions and differentiators, including latest WiFi and wired networking technologies, APIs, and cloud architecture.
• Conduct Proof Of Concept demonstrations of eero functionalities.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence product development and roadmap.
• Write white papers and technical notes highlighting eero’s features and technologies.
• Develop integrations between eero tools and customer service management systems.
• Create API scripts to automate deployment and monitoring for customers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent, or relevant professional/military experience.
• Experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data & analytics.
• Deep knowledge of WiFi and networking protocols.
• Experience designing, deploying, and troubleshooting wired and wireless networks.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience as a Solutions Architect or Sales Engineer in networking.
• Industry certifications like CWNA or similar focusing on wireless networking.
• Proficiency with wireless packet capture tools (Wireshark, OmniPeek, Ekahau).
• Experience with site survey tools (Ekahau, HaminA).
• Comfort with scripting languages and API automation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis and problem-solving.
