Job Description:

Role: The Senior Solution Architect (Customer/Systems/Sales Engineer) will leverage strong technical and communication skills to lead customers and partners through understanding, evaluating, and deploying Arrcus technology and products, initially in labs and then in production. This role mainly involves working with Data Center customers, also engaging with Service Providers, Enterprises, and Cloud Providers as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance on core, edge, and cloud networking solutions for cloud providers, telecom service providers, and large enterprises.
• Translate customer problems into solutions and become a trusted advisor.
• Execute proof of concept (POC) and provide recommendations.
• Stay current with industry standards and perform competitive analysis.
• Author white papers and represent Arrcus at industry events.
• Conduct training sessions for customers.
• Collaborate internally within the team and with cross-functional teams to drive customer success.

Qualifications:

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar.
• Minimum 6 years in networking and 3 years in similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of routing and switching technologies: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, ISIS, MPLS, VXLAN, EVPN, SRv6.
• Familiarity with protocol analysis tools like Wireshark, tcpdump, etc.
• Knowledge of cloud networking concepts; certifications are a plus.
• NetOps experience preferred: Ansible, Vagrant.
• Additional knowledge or certifications in security, routing, switching, Linux are a plus.
• Networking certifications (CCIE, JNCIE) are preferred.
