Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Pre-Sales Senior Solutions Architect to join our Digital Business Unit (DBU) team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, architecting, and modeling complex technical solutions leveraging modern data architectures to solve prospect business and technical requirements. You will act as a technical leader, providing ownership, governance, and assurance on key pursuits to drive the growth of our digital solutions.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Lead technical solution design by scoping and architecting digital portfolios, including the creation of architectural diagrams, Statements of Work (SOW), and ROI modeling.

• Collaborate with sales teams and C-level stakeholders to identify customer challenges, provide technical demonstrations, and advance deal cycles through value-based positioning.

• Ensure technical governance and quality by overseeing Pilot/Proof of Concept (POC) development and maintaining high standards for solution configuration and industry compliance.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive experience in pre-sales solution design, architecture, or technology consulting within the digital platform or SaaS domain.

• Deep technical expertise in Content Services, Business Process Management, Information Governance, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

• Proven ability in consultative selling and the development of modern data recognition technologies such as Machine Learning, AI, and OCR/ICR.

• Relevant industry certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect.
