We collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Analytics to design innovative, vertical‑specific solutions that push the boundaries of programmatic advertising.

Location

While the preferred location is London, we’re happy to consider candidates based outside of the city. However, please note that the Senior Analyst will be required to travel to London on an ad‑hoc basis.

About the Role

The Senior Analyst will work on projects that will accelerate the development of vertical solutions and bring new innovations to market. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategically minded professional with experience in management consulting and technical data analysis to help shape, test, and scale solutions that drive measurable business impact across global markets. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Team Leads to design, develop, and implement targeting, measurement, and performance marketing solutions tailored to regional and market‑specific challenges. You will act as a bridge between business strategy and technology execution—translating insights into practical, scalable products and helping internal teams and clients adopt these solutions effectively.

Responsibilities
Operational Support
  • Collaborate with the Revenue team to understand customer needs, and existing AdTech and MarTech stack to identify revenue growth, retention, and collaboration opportunities
  • Support Revenue team RFPs by recommending appropriate business solutions and contributing to RFP responses and client‑facing responsibilities
  • Query and analyse large, complex datasets from relational databases (e.g., SQL, BigQuery) to surface insights that inform new solutions and decision‑making.
  • Promote the adoption and education of existing solutions by partnering with internal enablement and marketing teams
  • Provide hands‑on support with ad‑hoc and daily operational tasks which include (but are not limited to) campaign setup, new solution implementation with cross‑functional coordination, ad‑hoc data analysis, client response
Vertical Solutions Development
  • Support the International team in executing vertical projects, including the development, testing and maintenance of data‑driven marketing and measurement solutions.
  • Partner with Team Leads with research, market intelligence, and data exploration to identify new opportunities and make strategic recommendations that maximise the company’s growth objectives
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams—data science, data operations, engineering, and business intelligence to co‑develop business and technical solutions that address client and market needs.
  • Contribute to proof‑of‑concepts (POCs) with strategic clients; test and validate custom use cases to establish clear paths to productisation
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of combined experience in management consulting, data analytics, product management, strategy & ops, or technical solutions roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree with a proven academic record
  • Experience working with relational databases and querying languages (SQL, BigQuery) to extract, manipulate, and validate data.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills—able to translate technical findings into clear business narratives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Industry knowledge of DSPs (Demand‑Side Platforms), programmatic advertising, digital media, and/or marketing technology is nice‑to‑have, but not necessary
  • Naturally curious, eager to learn, and enjoy problem‑solving!

  • Competitive paid time off packages including birthday's off
  • Access to a comprehensive mental health care program
  • Health benefits from day one of employment
