We're currently looking for a customer-focused, technically adept Senior Solution Specialist to join our EMEA Sales team. You'll be a key player driving uptake, adoption and success across our IoT, Asset Management, and Lone Worker products. This role, at the intersection of sales, product, and customer success, is perfect for someone who excels at translating technical capabilities into impactful business outcomes.
You'll collaborate closely with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and Product Managers, supporting pre-sales discovery, solution design, and successful onboarding and deployment. Your expertise will enable our customers to maximise ROI, ensure smooth implementation, and unlock value across our expanding product portfolio.
This is a senior role with regional influence, offering the opportunity to drive growth in key verticals and shape how frontline teams across EMEA engage with SafetyCulture's emerging technologies. You'll contribute to our go-to-market strategy, partnering with Account Executives on warm leads and assisting our business development team in identifying growth opportunities within key industry verticals. You will build close relationships with our GTM team, customers, and service partners to assist us in solving business problems at scale and be a true brand ambassador.
