Responsibilities

1. Lead large bids, managing proposals from inception to delivery.
2. Manage a team of experts across IT Service Management, Cloud, and Networks.
3. Develop and present service solutions, ensuring alignment with client and business goals.
4. Coordinate with stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure compliance with SLAs.
5. Oversee cost estimates and manage relationships with third-party providers.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to senior clients.
• Experience in infrastructure and service design review.
• Ability to assess risks, generate cost estimates, and lead solution development.
