Responsibilities
  1. Partner with account teams and channel partners for Fortune 500 customer accounts, managing customer profiles, business problems, roadmaps, and solution success.
  2. Participate in customer discovery to understand their current state and map solutions using Atlassian products.
  3. Identify opportunities for cross-product expansion.
  4. Assess client pain points through investigation and discovery.
  5. Become a product expert and demonstrate the value of Atlassian software during pre-sales.
  6. Understand the full suite of Atlassian offerings and articulate how they work together.
  7. Lead value-based demonstrations tailored to stakeholder needs.
  8. Guide customers' technical needs to secure buy-in for Atlassian solutions.
  9. Build strong partnerships with account executives, discussing pipelines and opportunities.
  10. Gather and share product feedback and competitive intelligence internally.
  11. Continuously improve your knowledge and sales processes.
Qualifications

Your Background: We seek a dynamic team member with a go-getter attitude, eager to learn and teach, with a track record of engaging with enterprise customers in pre-sales roles.

  • 5+ years of experience with enterprise customers, excellent communication, and presentation skills.
  • Creative problem solver, able to interpret complex business problems and deliver solutions.
  • Comfortable in both business and technical contexts, engaging with executives and technical audiences.
  • Passionate about learning, growth, and customer success.
  • Customer-centric with experience building executive relationships and collaborating internally.
  • Experience in government or highly regulated industries is a plus.
