Role overview

As a senior business generalist, you will communicate effectively with both business and technical teams to find suitable solutions for customers. Your goal is to address customer concerns about the technical and usability aspects of their IMS systems and influence purchase decisions.

Your daily activities may include:

• Supporting Account Executives during sales to identify and translate customer priorities into impactful use cases
• Designing and scoping proof-of-value projects to demonstrate the IMS's value quickly
• Creating reusable collateral like demos, case studies, and best practices to scale knowledge
• Collaborating with product management to turn customer insights into product improvements
• Leading the development and implementation of new use cases on the platform

About you

You should ideally be based in the UK or Netherlands; however, this is a remote role.

Required experience includes 7-10 years in Enterprise or high-touch Solution Engineering, as a Solution Engineer or Technical Consultant in a B2B SaaS environment.

Key skills include:

• Experience facilitating proof-of-value workshops and delivering training
• Understanding of Asset Integrity Management software in industries like Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Manufacturing
• Domain expertise in Asset Reliability and Asset Safety is a plus
• Good sense of humor and strong communication skills
• Ability to identify customer pain points and develop winning solutions
• Strong documentation skills for technical sales knowledge
