Role responsibilities
As a senior team member, you will be a business generalist who can communicate effectively with both business and technical teams to find the right solutions for customers. Your main goal is to address customer concerns regarding the technical and usability aspects of their IMS and influence purchase decisions.

This remote role is ideally based in the UK or Netherlands. Candidates should have 7-10 years of experience in Enterprise or high-touch Solution Engineering, as a Solution Engineer or Technical Consultant in a B2B SaaS environment.
