Role responsibilities

As a senior team member, you will be a business generalist who can communicate effectively with both business and technical teams to find the right solutions for customers. Your main goal is to address customer concerns regarding the technical and usability aspects of their IMS and influence purchase decisions.

Your daily tasks may include:

• Supporting Account Executives during sales to identify and translate customer technical priorities into impactful use cases.
• Designing and scoping proof-of-value projects demonstrating the IMS's value quickly.
• Creating reusable materials like product demos, case studies, and best practices to scale knowledge across the team.
• Collaborating with product management to turn customer insights into product improvements.
• Leading the development of new use cases and testing them on the platform to ensure fit.

Candidate profile

This remote role is ideally based in the UK or Netherlands. Candidates should have 7-10 years of experience in Enterprise or high-touch Solution Engineering, as a Solution Engineer or Technical Consultant in a B2B SaaS environment.

Key skills include:

• Experience facilitating proof-of-value workshops, consulting, and training.
• Understanding of Asset Integrity Management software in industries like Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Manufacturing.
• Asset reliability and safety expertise is a plus.
• Good humor and strong communication skills.
• Ability to identify customer pains and craft effective solutions.
• Excellent writing and documentation skills for technical sales knowledge.
