Amazon seeks a Senior Solution Consultant for its Professional Services Team in London. The Amazon Business team develops solutions for business customers to buy efficiently on Amazon, including professionals, small businesses, and large institutions. We aim to innovate in product display, pricing, and customer experience for this segment.
We are hiring a Senior Solution Consultant for our Professional Services Team, based in Paris or Milan. You will work with senior B2B customers (CPO, CFO, CTO) to assess their business and technical needs, particularly their purchase-to-pay processes, and advise on leveraging Amazon Business solutions. Your expertise will cover systems like punchout integrations, e-invoicing, and SSO, and you will collaborate with internal teams to relay customer requirements and prioritize solutions.
The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, has experience with Procure-to-Pay platforms like Coupa and Ariba, and has a track record of exceeding goals.
Start with a call with an Account Manager about a customer project, then engage with a strategic customer to discuss technical integration needs. Provide tailored advice, participate in internal innovation meetings, and plan customer engagement activities.
