Job Description:

This role involves defining policies and standards for technology delivery within the Public Safety sector, focusing on cloud-based modern technology standards. You will lead a team of architects, providing design and roadmaps for complex applications supporting high-volume, mission-critical services, particularly in policing and national security. Collaboration with product managers and technical leads is essential to align technology roadmaps with business goals. The role requires mediating complex technical discussions with stakeholders at all levels and managing architectural scope, risks, and opportunities for additional product capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Understanding of C++, C#, SQL Server, Windows platforms, Domains/AD, Mitel routing, Tetra protocols, and PEI capabilities.
• Knowledge of C coding, SIP, VOIP, TCP/IP networking, RabbitMQ, and related technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of Tetra networks, Motorola Dimetra, Tetra APIs, 3GPP networks, MCX SDK, analogue radio, PABX, and certification processes.

Responsibilities:

• Managing customer technical relationships.
• Supporting technical issue resolution and bid processes.
• Promoting architectural vision within teams and across the organization.
