Tiger Resourcing Group is seeking a Senior Solution Architect for a busy Technology department within a regulated banking environment. The role focuses on shaping architecture, ensuring regulatory alignment, and guiding both internal and third-party delivery teams.

You will mature the Architecture function, provide technical leadership across complex changes, and ensure designs integrate into the target architecture while maintaining governance and risk management.

Formación

• Extensive architecture experience across information, integration, security and application domains.
• Experience leading complete lifecycle of large-scale technology change.
• Strong technical analysis and design skills for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with architecture frameworks, governance and roadmaps.

Responsabilidades

• Mature design approaches for banking systems and contribute to roadmaps.
• Create integrated Technology Architecture views using repeatable methods.
• Provide governance and oversight of artefacts from third parties and internal teams.
• Define pragmatic, cost-effective solutions with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Maintain architecture standards, principles and governance frameworks.
• Present complex topics clearly and manage technology risk.
• Mentor junior architects and support the Architecture Team Lead.
