Job summary

Tiger Resourcing Group is seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to shape the architecture of banking systems within a regulated environment. You will provide technical leadership across complex initiatives and ensure designs from third parties integrate with the target architecture.

You will work with senior leaders and stakeholders, operate credibly and independently, and mentor junior architects as part of an evolving Architecture function.

Qualifications

• Extensive architecture experience across information, integration, security and application domains.
• Experience leading complex technology change lifecycles in regulated environments.
• Proficient in high level design artefacts for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with architecture frameworks, governance and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Mature design approaches for banking systems and contribute to architecture roadmaps.
• Develop an integrated view of technology architecture using standard methods.
• Provide governance and oversight across change initiatives and third parties.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define pragmatic, cost-effective solutions.
• Maintain architecture standards, repositories and governance frameworks.
• Present complex architecture matters clearly and manage technology risk.
• Mentor junior architects and support Architecture Team Lead.
