Join us as an experienced Enterprise Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation initiatives for our largest customers.

This role involves working closely with the customers' business and IT leaders, as well as our internal technical teams and Solution Architects, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of business processes, data, and technology.

Responsible for the overall success of our technical solutions, across multiple technology streams, also maximising the account, professional service revenues and customer satisfaction by driving project solutions through architecture and technical leadership, ensuring solutions utilising cloud, identity, networking, infrastructure, and modern workplace that align to customers’ business objectives.

• Collaborate with customers' business and IT leads to understand their strategic goals and objectives.
• Drive success through effectively ‘embedding’ in a customers technical team
• Develop and maintain technical governance frameworks and roadmaps that align with customers' transformation programs.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to internal technical teams and Solution Architects.
• Design and oversee the implementation of cloud, identity, networking, infrastructure, and modern workplace solutions, aligned to Focus standards.
• Ensure that architectural solutions meet the customers' business requirements and are scalable, secure, compliant and cost-effective.
• Develop repeatable patterns, processes and blueprints that can be delivered efficiently and align to architectural domains
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments of the architecture to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with industry best practices.
• Evaluate existing IT systems for exposure or weaknesses that could compromise performance, security or efficiency
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing insights and recommendations on emerging technologies and trends.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, present solutions, and obtain buy-in from stakeholders.
• Document and communicate architectural decisions, plans, and designs to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect / Enterprise Architect, preferably within an MSP environment.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, identity management, networking, infrastructure, and modern workplace solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Skills in developing standards and policies that guide the use of IT assets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
• Ability to lead and mentor technical teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in digital transformation.
• Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites

Desired Skills

• Relevant certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Cisco professional and expert levels) are a plus.
• Good understanding of Application development and SDLC
• Experienced in using automation, Infrastructure as Code and API driven solutions
