Job Title: Enterprise Architect

Salary: Up to £90,000

Location: UK Midlands (Hybrid)

Join us as an experienced Enterprise Architect to play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation initiatives for our largest customers.

This role involves working closely with customer business and IT leaders, as well as our internal technical teams and Solution Architects, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of business processes, data, and technology.

The role is responsible for the overall success of our technical solutions across multiple streams, maximizing account and professional service revenues, and ensuring customer satisfaction by leading project solutions through architecture and technical leadership, utilizing cloud, identity, networking, infrastructure, and modern workplace solutions aligned with customer business objectives.

Principal Responsibilities & Duties

• Collaborate with customers' business and IT leads to understand their strategic goals.
• Embed effectively within customer technical teams to drive success.
• Develop and maintain technical governance frameworks and roadmaps aligned with transformation programs.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to internal teams and Solution Architects.
• Design and oversee cloud, identity, networking, infrastructure, and modern workplace solutions per standards.
• Ensure solutions meet business requirements, are scalable, secure, compliant, and cost-effective.
• Create repeatable patterns, processes, and blueprints for efficient delivery.
• Review and assess architecture regularly for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate existing IT systems for vulnerabilities affecting performance, security, or efficiency.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on emerging technologies and trends.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, present solutions, and obtain stakeholder buy-in.
• Document and communicate architectural decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience as Solution or Enterprise Architect, preferably within an MSP environment.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, identity management, networking, infrastructure, and modern workplace solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in developing standards and policies for IT assets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with strategic thinking ability.
• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
• Leadership skills to mentor technical teams and promote collaboration.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and digital transformation trends.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
