The Role

As a Senior Planning Lawyer, you will advise on high-profile projects across the UK, working with clients in residential, commercial, infrastructure, and environmental sectors. Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic advice on large-scale developments and infrastructure projects.
  • Drafting and negotiating planning and highway agreements.
  • Managing compulsory purchase orders and compensation matters.
  • Advising on EIAs, HRAs, and regulatory considerations.
  • Supporting judicial reviews, appeals, and inquiries.
  • Collaborating across departments for integrated legal solutions.

  • Qualified solicitor with 5+ PQE in Planning Law.
