• Construction Solicitor (Contentious) – Glasgow (Assignment 15451): Our client, a Scottish firm, seeks a qualified solicitor with experience in contentious construction to join its Glasgow team. Responsibilities include handling contentious construction matters, advising on contracts, disputes, and subrogated recoveries, and representing clients such as professional consultants, employers, contractors, and local authorities. Candidates should have 1-5 years’ PQE and experience in construction and/or property law, construction insurance litigation, or commercial construction.
• Pensions Solicitor – Edinburgh (Assignment 16297): An independent UK law firm seeks a Pensions Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE. The role involves advising on pensions law, including contentious matters and disputes. The firm offers flexible hybrid working arrangements and a supportive environment.
