The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload involving contracts, disputes, and recoveries, advising clients such as professional consultants, employers, contractors, and local authorities.

Requirements include being a qualified solicitor with 1-5 years’ PQE and experience in construction, property law, insurance litigation, or commercial construction.

Pensions Solicitor – Edinburgh (Assignment 16297)

Our client, a UK law firm, is recruiting a Pensions Solicitor for its Edinburgh office. The team advises on all areas of pensions law, serving clients across sectors.

Candidates should have at least 2 years’ PQE and a good understanding of pension law and transactional experience. The role includes advising on contentious pension issues and disputes.

The firm offers flexible hybrid working, with options for full-time or part-time work.

Corporate (Funds) – Jersey (Assignment 16322)
