Job Description

The Role:

KPMG Law is seeking an experienced mid-level corporate lawyer to join its growing Northern team, based in Manchester.

The successful candidate will have broad corporate experience across M&A, equity investments, and corporate reorganisations.

The role will involve:

• Providing corporate legal advice on a broad range of client solutions, including establishing corporate structuring and reorganisations, M&A, equity investments, joint ventures, and equity incentive arrangements, on both domestic and cross-border basis.
• Building relationships with other KPMG teams and clients to develop and provide multi-disciplinary solutions.
• Leading teams on multi-disciplinary projects in the UK and internationally.
• Project managing and driving projects to conclusion.
• Training and mentoring junior team members.

• Experience coordinating advice and legal documentation across multiple jurisdictions, delivering robust legal advice with sound judgment.
• Experience working with demanding clients across various sectors and scales, with expertise in service delivery.
• Demonstrated client relationship and business development skills, with a desire to further develop these skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing and growing the team, promoting team work through participation in events and presentations.
