The Role

As a key member of this L500-ranked department , you will take on a diverse caseload of Share sales, Asset sales, Mergers & Acquisitions, Shareholder and Investment Agreement and much more.
Clients range from local and national owner managed businesses and SME sized business, from start-ups to established companies.

You'll thrive in a collaborative and supportive environment while also demonstrating the confidence to work independently.
