Job description

This award-winning law firm is currently recruiting an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its growing Wills, Trusts & Executries team. The role is based in Aberdeen with hybrid/remote working options available.

The role involves working with its Family, Corporate, Real Estate, and Residential Property teams across Scotland. You will handle a varied workload of Private Client work, including advising on executry and trust administration, Wills, Powers of Attorney, and providing succession planning, asset protection, and tax mitigation advice.

Candidates should have 2-4 years' PQE for the Senior Solicitor position and 5-10 years' PQE for the Associate role. A passion for private client work and a client-centered approach are essential. A STEP qualification is desirable, but the firm offers a funded learning scheme for this qualification.
