This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced practitioner to take over an established, high-quality caseload while playing a pivotal role in the continued growth and strategic direction of the Private Client Department.

The successful candidate will handle a wide-ranging and engaging caseload, representing a diverse client base that includes high-net-worth individuals, families, and clients with business interests. The role offers the chance to work on complex and stimulating matters within a supportive and people-focused firm.

The caseload will include, but is not limited to:

• Trust administration
• Tax planning advice
• Probate and estate administration
• Complex Inheritance Tax returns
• Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Potential Court of Protection work

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in private client work
• STEP qualification (or working towards it)
• Strong technical expertise with a commercially minded approach
• Exceptional client care skills and the confidence to manage complex legal matters independently
