A leading renewable energy recruitment firm is seeking a Solar PV Supervisor/Manager in Farnham. This role involves overseeing Solar PV project management, resource allocation, and client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong electrical qualifications, specifically in Solar PV installations, along with excellent management expertise. Qualifications

• Professional demeanor with a proactive work ethic.
• Possession of a full UK driving licence.
• Demonstrated experience in Solar PV system installations is highly desirable.
• Must be an 18th Edition Qualified Electrician.
• 2391 Testing & Inspection qualification, or willingness to achieve.
• Experience as an NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor is preferred.
• DBS clearance will be necessary.
• Basic proficiency in technical computing.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and coordination for timely execution.
• Optimize resource deployment, including workforce and equipment.
• Manage material orders and collaborate on purchase orders.
• Act as primary liaison for clients, resolving concerns.
• Work seamlessly within a dynamic team environment.
• Supervise subcontractor work for compliance with standards.
