This role will work within our department, which is an innovative team that will build, test, and deploy leading AI-driven solutions to improve workflows common across both Parexel and the life sciences industry. The team partners and supports the business in building best-in-class AI-driven solutions when nothing suitable exists.
This role is based in Uxbridge, and you will be working in an innovative and collaborative environment with international peers, colleagues, and a supportive manager.
As the Senior Software Quality and Test Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of software quality by developing and executing test strategies throughout the software development lifecycle, contributing to process improvement, and mentoring junior colleagues. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance software quality, improve test coverage, and support both automation and manual testing initiatives.
Contribute to continuous improvement of the software development lifecycle by staying updated on latest trends, tools, and methodologies supporting QC tasks for AI software development.
Mentor junior colleagues.
Degree in engineering, computer science, or relevant experience/qualification.
