Skiller Whale is seeking experienced software engineering coaches to lead focused micro-workshops for groups of engineers. Sessions run up to 90 minutes and are conducted remotely through our platform, with content you help deliver and refine.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or mentoring software engineers.
• Ability to explain advanced concepts clearly and succinctly.
• Strong spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Lead targeted micro-workshops for small groups of software engineers.
• Deliver sessions up to 90 minutes remotely via the Skiller Whale app.
• Answer difficult questions and live-debug code during sessions.
• Adapt explanations to match the audience level and provide concrete examples.
