You will collaborate with FTSE 100 clients, guide multi-disciplinary teams, and contribute to an inclusive, high-performance culture. The role is offered with a hybrid working model, combining client-site and office time.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading architecture and development teams for complex client challenges.
• Strong defence sector understanding; experience in banking, insurance, payments or wealth management.
• Ability to shape and communicate architectural strategies across application, business and integration domains.
• Skilled at building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders; translate technical insight into business value.
• Track record in business development, including pre-sales, proposals, and client engagement.
• Familiarity with architecture frameworks and modelling tools (UML, ArchiMate).
• Established network of senior stakeholders to support long-term client partnerships.
