Senior Software Engineer, Up to £65k (10% Bonus + 9% Pension)

Interesting opportunity for an experienced engineer to join a business looking to expand further their Manchester Tech Hub.

The company are already established around the globe with offices in London, New York, Sydney, Tokyo, Frankfurt, Dublin and Manchester which they opened 2 years ago. Following an agile transformation they have moved to a product team structure with 22 teams UK wide and 12 in Manchester which is built up Development Managers, Tech Leads, Engineers, Architects and Product Managers.

This particular position sits within the Architecture team working on R&D for future directions for the wider teams technology choices. You will be given full autonomy to just run with the work prioritising where the business needs are at the time. An exciting chance to expose yourself to the cutting edge technology that is available to then implement it. After the teams have gained full technical stability you'll be working towards the current vision and architecture; one of the goals is to push further into data technologies.

You will be naturally inquisitive, always asking the question why? Your opinion matters here and the they are looking for continual development as a business and for you individually.

Tech:
