Your role:

About you:

• Degree in Computer Science or similar STEM discipline, 2.1 or above from a top university
• Experienced software engineer with strong CS fundamentals and experience in delivering complex, data-centric software
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ownership and mentoring skills
• Strong TypeScript skills and experience with backend languages (Python, Java, C++, C#)
• Familiarity with tech stack: Elixir, Ember, Elm, Phoenix, LiveView, Python, PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving enjoyment
• Experience in start-ups/SMEs and good business acumen
• Understanding of financial markets (preferred)
