Job summary

One Identity’s OneLogin team seeks a Senior Software Engineer who owns design, build, test, deploy and operate responsibilities with a bias for action. You will shape testing strategy and automation, and contribute to AI-augmented development to maximize confidence and release safety at scale.

You will work across backend, APIs, cloud, and operations, improving system reliability and reducing operational burden while maintaining product velocity in a hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Experience with backend development in Ruby, Node.js, or similar.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, service contracts, and design principles.
• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines with fast feedback loops.
• Experience with cloud environments and production debugging/observability tools.

Responsibilities

• Eliminate manual QA dependency and build scalable automated testing.
• Design and evolve test architecture and tooling across services and teams.
• Own test strategy across services: what to test, where to test, and how to maximize signal with minimal runtime.
• Improve CI/CD confidence and release safety while increasing deployment velocity.
• Reduce regression risk through targeted test coverage and reliable tests.
• Own test reliability and address flaky tests proactively.
