You will mentor teams, shape architecture, and stay hands-on while delivering scalable backend and frontend features across the stack.

Qualifications

• Senior software engineer with Go and PHP expertise.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring engineers.
• Strong knowledge of API design and cloud-native architectures.
• Hands-on with Go-based microservices and modern tech stack.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor teams of software engineers.
• Drive engineering practices around SOLID and clean architecture.
• Design and build scalable APIs and backend services.
• Evolve PHP platform toward Go-based microservices.
• Contribute across the full stack from backend to front-end.
• Influence technical strategy and platform direction.
• Collaborate with Product to deliver features.
• Support CI/CD, cloud infra, observability, and reliability.
• Own the process from concept to deployment and optimization.
• Help hire and develop future engineers.
