• Written code with tests

• Worked across a variety of programming languages
• Worked with at least one Cloud platform
• Worked with databases

Responsibilities

• We primarily write and deliver custom software for the public sector, focusing on outcome-based delivery.
• Senior Software Engineers work on a variety of problems from monoliths to microservices, upskilling colleagues and customers.
• Our teams use Java, Ruby, Python, ES6 with React, and C# with .NET Core; we expect engineers to learn new technologies and maintain a CD pipeline.
• We document architecture and infrastructure as code with Terraform and OpenAPI; containerisation and AWS Lambda are used to scale applications.
• DevOps is a culture here; we empower teams to run what they build, fostering collaboration and shared responsibility.
• We value language-agnostic engineers who mentor others and share knowledge through talks or blog posts.
